The Wellness Center of Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital was established in September 2019. The center is under the Public Health Unit of ENRH. It serves clients in the Western Region and beyond.

The center renders a number of free walk-in services for clients. It is manned by a Senior Staff midwife, a Community Health Nurse, and two enrolled nurses. The center is open to people from all walks of life and all age ranges.

The center renders outreach services upon request to corporate organizations, communities, associations and other groups.
